Meet Father Bill
I am an Oblate of St. Francis de Sales and have been for 51 years. During my time as an Oblate, I spent most of my priestly ministry (40 years) teaching both High School as well as college. The Oblates saw to it that I was adequately educated to carry out my education ministry by allowing me to pursue both a BA and MA degree in History as well as an MA degree in Theology.
I came to St. Ann parish here in Naples, Florida because I wanted to reinvent myself. I came to realize that my point of reference to students was gone. So I reinvented myself by sharpening my parish skills and to take on a parochial ministry. The position here at St. Ann opened and I asked to be assigned. That was in 2016. In 2019, I was appointed pastor. My time here at St. Ann has been a wonderful experience. I have gotten to meet and work with so many wonderful people. God has truly blessed me during my Oblate life and especilly her at St. Ann Parish.
